Sachsenback

SACHSENBACK is the most important trade fair for the bakery and confectionery trade in East Germany - a strong trade fair for a strong region. Around 7,500 visitors from the baking industry can meet well over 200 exhibitors over three days, discuss new products and exchange views on developments in the industry. The focal points of the exhibition are work and operating technology, raw materials, commercial goods, business furnishings and equipment, sales promotion and services related to the baking industry. The baking forum supplements the trade fair and attracts more crowds. Themes such as the preparation of sweet fruits, canapes, tarts and more, as well as the production of display pieces, will be discussed.
